Ingredients:
500 g low-fat quark
2 eggs
2 tbsp honey or erythritol
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp oats
150 g fresh strawberries
Instructions:
Mix the quark, eggs, honey, and vanilla into a smooth batter.
Stir in the oats.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan and top with strawberries.
Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 30 minutes.
This sugar-free quark cake is perfect as a breakfast or a healthy snack. It provides a lot of protein, supports muscle building, and tastes wonderfully fresh.
Tips for even better flavor:
A pinch of cinnamon or some lemon zest greatly enhances the aroma
For extra creaminess, you can add 1–2 tbsp of skyr or yogurt
If you prefer it juicier: gently press the strawberries into the batter instead of just placing them on top
Variations:
Instead of strawberries: blueberries, raspberries, or peach pieces
For more crunch: sprinkle some chopped almonds or nuts on top
Low-carb version: replace the oats with ground almonds
