Phentermine hydrochloride, USP is a sympathomimetic amine anorectic. It has the chemical name of α,α,-Dimethylphenethylamine hydrochloride. Adipex Phentermine HCL 37,5 mg tablets contain the inactive ingredients corn starch, lactose (anhydrous), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized corn starch, and sucrose.

How to take Adipex Phentermine HCL 37,5 mg

patients, half tablet (18.75 mg) daily may be adequate, while in some
cases it may be desirable to give half tablets (18.75 mg) two times a
day.
It is not suitable for use with alcohol or for pregnant women.
Contraindication:
- History of cardiovascular disease (e.g., coronary artery disease, stroke, arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension),
